Giving you your physical, mental and emotional space back to do the things you have always wanted to do and to be the person you want to be, with gentle support and encouragement to release unnecessary clutter and to prioritise what is most important in your life right now.

Holistic Home & Well-Being works widely in Southern England including Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

The word Holistic is derived from the Greek word ‘Holos’ meaning whole; the Holistic approach here takes account of the whole person, their life, their health and their home.

My mission is for people to improve their well-being and empower themselves through the implementation of calm, supportive, ecological interiors, Feng Shui principles, clutter clearing and organisation, use of healthy materials and products and a balanced approach to healthy living. There is also the opportunity to explore any underlying emotional and physical issues through heart centred coaching and healing techniques, all from the safety of your home or from my garden retreat.
